I learned how to befriend anxiety and fear. I teach women entrepreneurs & families how to live in the ecstasy of money so they can savor the pleasure of their desires by following their intuition. For years, I thought getting out of debt, or making more money was the key to lowering my anxiety with money. However once the debt was gone, anxiety and fear were still present around spending the money. Money judgment questions filled my mind like , “Am I doing this right or wrong?” I desired real liberation with my money. After reconnecting with my core, and accepting all the parts of me; I learned how to befriend anxiety and fear.
